Ingredients:
For the Chicken Marinade:
500g boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala

3 large tomatoes (pureed)
2 medium onions (finely chopped)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup fresh cream
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
1. In a large bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.
2. Add the chicken pieces and coat them well.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and grill the marinated chicken pieces until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Gravy
